~~~ in the late-60s and in 1970. Then, in later years, it was walk-up, but the plates were much smaller and you were charged extra if you dared to walk up a second time. Yet, resort villages in Spain were set up where you walked into a huge farmhouses passing all the outdoor grills where everything was roasting; pig, beef and chicken in cages while passing buffet-style presentation. You paid, sat at tables 8 meters long, and they would wheel carts to the tables with trays and buckets placed on the tables... and you dug in with serving forks and spoons. The wine flowed like water, too.
