In Response To: The new Viejas Buffet ()

~~~ in the late-60s and in 1970. Then, in later years, it was walk-up, but the plates were much smaller and you were charged extra if you dared to walk up a second time. Yet, resort villages in Spain were set up where you walked into a huge farmhouses passing all the outdoor grills where everything was roasting; pig, beef and chicken in cages while passing buffet-style presentation. You paid, sat at tables 8 meters long, and they would wheel carts to the tables with trays and buckets placed on the tables... and you dug in with serving forks and spoons.
