I'm not familiar with Stefanino's which seems to have closed a long time ago, but it likely would have been on the ground floor - think there is still a restaurant or two there. Cashman & West's Interrobang Records Co. had its office there in the late 1970's, from which they handled Jim Croce's music catalog.
"Blowfish Sushi To Die For" had a restaurant at 9229 Sunset but the internet advises that it went out of business. Gosh - with a name like that - I wonder why?
"Bootsy Bellows" another restaurant there, last inspected on 1/22/2013. Even the rats there would have died from old age by now.
