SOME PEOPLE HAVE COMPULSIONS TO GAMBLE, SOME TO AMASS FORTUNES AND OTHER’S, WELL THEY JUST LIKE TO WRITE STORIES. YEAH, THAT WOULD BE ME. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED TO WRITE, NEVER WAS VERY GOOD AT IT; BUT I HAVE DONE IT OVER THE YEARS JUST THE SAME.
IF ANY OF YOU WANT ANY INSIDE INFORMATION ON ANY CASINO THAT I’VE BEEN TO, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO TELL YOU WHAT I KNOW.
REGGIE
LUCKY LIL’S WAS ALL OVER MONTANA AS A CASINO. IN THE FOLLOWING TOWNS IT ALSO HAD A CARD ROOMS: GREAT FALLS, BOZEMAN AND BUTTE. (POSSIBLY BILLINGS)
I HAVE HARVESTED IN 3 OF THE ABOVE CARD ROOMS. IN GREAT FALLS IT WAS HOUSED INSIDE OF A VERY POPULAR MOTEL ON CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION OF TWO OF THE BIGGER BOULEVARDS OF WHICH ARE ALSO STATE HIGHWAYS. ONE GOING NORTH AND ONE GOING EAST & WEST.
THIS PARTICULAR NIGHT WAS VERY LIVELY, AND I GOTTA SAY I HAD A VERY FUN NIGHT, BECAUSE I HAD A ROOM AT THAT MOTEL, AND I COULD SEE IT FROM THE CARD TABLES. IT WAS ONLY A HUNDRED FEET TO IT JUST ACROSS THE INDOOR POOL. MEANWHILE AT THE CARD TABLE, THEY PLAYED IN ROTATION THE FOLLOWING GAMES; OMAHA HIGH, TAHOE AND HOLD’EM. THIS WAS ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO, AND I WAS GOING TO OR COMING FROM A FAMILY REUNION. I SURE MISS THOSE REUNIONS, THEY GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO A LOT OF HARVESTING , OFF THE BEATEN TRACK. LUCKY LIL’S CHIPS AS YOU WILL SEE IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY KNOW, HAVE 4 VARIETIES OF 25c, $1 & $5 CHIPS, SO THIS WAS MY INTRODUCTION TO THE MANY VARITIES OF THEIR CHIPS, I WAS KEPT BUSY SORTING AND LOOKING FOR THE HARDER TO FIND VARITIES BETWEEN HANDS. AND AS THE NIGHT GOT LATER, I STARTED LOSING MY GRIP ON THE GAME, BUT I HAD FILLED MY POCKETS, AND I WAS GETTING VERY TIRED SO I STARTED TALKING ABOUT CASHING IN. ONE OF THE DEALERS/CARD ROOM MANAGER SAID CAN I HAVE YOUR ADDRESS, I SAID SURE; THEY OF COURSE, DID NOT REALIZE I HAD A CALIFORNIA ADDRESS. I GOT MAIL FOR TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNIES FOR YEARS AFTERWARDS. THIS WAS A FUN PLACE, AND NO I STILL DID NOT GET ENOUGH CHIPS.
I CAN STILL HEAR THE QUARTER CHIPS (25c) GOING DING, WHEN THEY THREW THEM IN THE BUCKET THAT HUNG FROM THE CEILING, JUST ABOVE THE LIGHT THAT COVERED THE TABLE. http://www.themogh.org/cg_chip2.php?id=MTBULL
