Looks like Side 1 was copied twice in the ChipGuide for # CG 012640. The Miner With Purple Trousers appears on only ONE side of that chip, the other has a design similar to # CG 120979 with "Jim Kelley's Nugget" on the other side. Feel free to advise the ChipGuide of this unless you wish me to do it.
