Looking at the Chip and going around the Chip in a clockwise direction the 4 sets of inserts on a "regular" chips are uniformly bluer/black, blue/black, blue/black and blue/black.
On the "reversed" inserts the 4 inlays are blue/black, blue/black, black/blue (this is the reversed inlay) and blue/black.
