Variation or Not?
In Response To: Queen Victoria variety ()

Every two-sided chip, where the front is different from the back, that has asymmetric inserts will be found with "Reversed Inserts". That is because the manufacturer does not pay attention to the orientation of the inserts when the inlays are applied. They are not different chips, they are made exactly the same way with the same materials. The asymmetric inserts occur where there are two (or more) colors next to each other that are not the same going right to left and left to right. This situation also exists when there is text on the edge of a two-sided chip, which when the chip is right side up, then the text on the edge will either also be right side up or upside down. Most collectors DO NOT consider these to be collectible variations, but some do.
