I just wanted to take a moment to thank both Rich and James for providing me some great information on Al Cooper's Beachcomber and Al Cooper's Polynesia Casinos in Las Vegas.

I've been collecting chips from the Las Vegas strip since my first trip there in the mid 1980s. About ten years ago I made it my quest to get a gaming chip from every casino that has ever been on the Las Vegas strip. (For the purposes of my collection I consider the strip from The Strat (Vegas World) to Mandalay Bay (Hacienda). It has actually been much harder than I would have imagined to actually identify every casino that has ever operated on the strip but the cool thing is is that I have learned so much about the history of the strip that it has been more than worth all the research. I have only six casinos left to complete what I started, assuming there aren't any other casinos that pop up, but I imagine it will take another year or so to find and purchase them.

Hopefully, I'll be attending the CCA Show in Las Vegas during the summer of 2021 and if I have any other chips I need by then I'll be able to complete my collection at the show.

Anyway, a big thanks to Rich and James for giving me a hand. If we ever run into each other at the CCA Show the first round is on me!!!
