An interesting note, I saw that you listed them as $25 and $100, a common error with foreign chips. Often, such as with Dominican chips, they are worth much less, or even fractional and are being discussed as if they are high value chips. Here, the 1.00 Panamanian Balboa is worth almost exactly $1.00. So they are essentially $25 and $100 chips, unless, of course, there has been a revaluation of the currency (I don't think so, but I don't know). Just fun facts.
I hope, for your friend, these values are harder to find, but I suspect they are not worth much.
