~~~ checking a few of my properties; pool, mail and keeping the driveway clean of local tabloids, I try not walking into any supermarkets (curbside pickup) or anywhere else, indoors. Most of my exercise is out in the lath house and shadehouse tending to my orchids. Evening walks are way off schedule; either very late or earlier than usual in the morning, but the two walks per day are a must since I am diabetic without any meds of any kind... and want to keep it that way, so staying mobile with just me and this tablet (no TV, involves too much sitting for me) keeps me in touch with what's going on. Though I no longer jog (78), the walking is a must. Us humans adapt quickly to any conditions and being able to listen to every word being told us and accepting the facts as to how bad this is; and that things will never return to what we considered normal just a few months ago (the awareness)... makes it so much easier. I never, earlier, realized how governments were so good at breaking bad news one step at a time in order to help folks slowly cope with the facts. They've done a good job at it -- from what I see as we move forward.
