Glad to see that someone still has the original cut-out folder, $2 bill and chip in a PVC flip. They should probably take the chip pit of the flip so the PVC oil doesn't bleed on it. I made these up while I was working as Harvey's curator in 1976. One of earliest bicentennial chips that year Nice item.
