Not sure anyone else would care what goes on there these days other than the residents; especially those of LV, who did an excellent job in keeping their numbers down. Playing it safe and not taking the chance of having a clean city being infected by those who are either asymptomatic or who might contract in their travels coming in. Sounds like they will play it safe.
