I'm guessing these were either given out as Christmas presents or sold in a souvenir shop. It is a double deck with images of the reno are on the playing face side and the two pictures of Harold's Club on the back. The "Man in the Barrel" joker is pretty cool. There are also two decanters depicting the Man-in-the-Barrel too
