Here's the official name:

Citrus greening disease (Chinese: 黃龍病; pinyin: huánglóngbìng; literally: 'yellow dragon disease'; or HLB) is a disease of citrus caused by a vector-transmitted pathogen. The causative agents are motile bacteria, Candidatus Liberibacter spp.

With apologies for garbling the name, often my Opinion gets ahead of my Pinyin.

County agriculture inspector said my grapefruit tree had it; I said the leaves are mottled yellow due to the drought. Wet weather came in, leaves turned green; he never returned to say I had to chop down the tree (the "cure" for the disease). L. A. inspectors are not all that good on agriculture, he said my tree was an orange; any ol' agriculture inspector should be able to identify a grapefruit from an orange! (Can you?)
