Is NV in the initial grouping of states in the three-phase "Opening Up America Again" program?

If so, is the new program in NV solely up to the governor or each county and city?

I only ask because after doing a search, I found a one-liner from two days ago saying that Mayor Goodman wants to see them open soon.

Curious to see the results of the reoutfitting going on pertaining to the safety aspect; glass/plastic shields and/or furniture or spacing.

Photos would be nice... seeing the work in progress for reopening.
