I had a shipment of plaques from a casino in Belgium, the size of a shoebox that never arrived when it was expected. I called the casino asking when and how, and upon learning the info I called the carrier who told me what the problem was; everything that left Belgium for the US, on a Tuesday, normally is for Motorola in Boca Raton, FL... What a relief that was, all I needed to do was call Motorola... Forget it. When talking to receiving they confirmed everything about the Belgium and Tuesday thing, along with telling me that Tuesday shipment was a 40-ft trailer box size. When they asked me to describe the box, it was the same color and size as every box they received from Belgium that's shipped on Tuesday... Though, that trailer was not due to be unloaded for another week... and, even then, it would be virtually impossible to locate my package with the whole shipment being the same size and color of my box. They said they would try their best. A few ours later they call me saying that they found my package... only because it was busted open and some of the blue plaques were exposed. They delivered the box to my home within the hour.
