On behalf of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, I hope this letter finds you and your family safe and well during this unprecedented time. As one of Hard Rock’s core mottos states, “All is One,” please know that now more than ever, we are all in this together.
One thing is for certain, we miss entertaining you and providing you with respite from the vigor within our everyday lives and we sincerely look forward to better days ahead. When the rainbow comes out after we weather this storm together, please know that we will be waiting with open arms to provide you with first-class service and the chart-topping entertainment that you know, love and deserve.
As we remain closed, we acknowledge the gravity of this situation and encourage our guests, team members and community to remain vigilant at home and continue to abide by social distancing measures, following the appropriate precautions and processes directed by our state and local officials.
While we unfortunately do not have an indication of when we will re-open, we assure you that we have not been idle. During this time, we have been prioritizing sanitation and cleanliness, along with working hard to build out marketing plans to ensure we are ready for the day we re-open.
Please know that our marketing calendars are built several months in advance and we have and will continue to assemble and strengthen them despite the temporary closure. We plan to mail updated promotional calendars when we are confident in a projected opening date, as directed by our state and local officials. We will continue to communicate efficiently and promptly with you through email and direct mail as we have more definitive information. Please be assured that we are prepared and look forward to welcoming you back with a calendar of events that we are confident will meet your expectations.
To that end, the future remains uncertain, therefore if you see events and offers within your account, please be patient with us and know that those offers may be subject to change. We urge you to continue to monitor your e-mails and our website for the most up to date information on events, offers and entertainment here at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
Last but certainly not least, while there may be future events, promotions and entertainment modifications, we can assure you:
Comp Dollar expiration is frozen; therefore, you will not lose earned Comp Dollars during the time of closure.
Your Tier Status will be extended through 12/31/2020.
We will offer a daily 2x tier point promotion upon opening that will run through 6/30/2020.
