What's difficult for me to understand with all the precaution Nevada took at first, and followed through with while doing an excellent job in keeping their numbers low... is why they would want to take the chance to let everyone back in without caring where they came from; states with high numbers.

We did something real dumb in Florida when no other state wanted 700 pelple from a Princess ship... and we took them in to quarantine here for 14-days before allowing them to return to their own state,
and not in just one location, either. Can you imagine tens of thousands of people swarming Las Vegas who may not even know if they're asymptomatic... and not even having been tested. Not sure if any tourist area is willing to take that chance after doing so well, but, like the good doctors are saying... there will be death in the process. They're tossing these numbers around as if they were just that; numbers, and not people.
