I've always been kind of anal when it comes to the condition of chips I collect.
I think that stems from the years I spent collecting Native American artifacts.
Especially Baskets.
In real-estate the old saying goes "Location Location Location".
Well, with Baskets it's always been "Condition Condition Condition".
Same with the chips I collect.
