Yes Casino Panda was in the basement of a hotel in St. Petersburg Russia. Can't remember the name of the hotel but we stayed there in the bad old days. (Those were the times you didn't say anything bad about the Russian government because all tourist hotel rooms were probably bugged.)
They had like 2 BJ tables and a few slots. By the time I left I had more $.50 chips than they did.
