have been a member for years with Verizon have always used Modzilla to retrieve and send my emails . Several years ago Aol took over Verizon emails, but I still was able to use my Verizon email through Modzilla. Well this morning , I still receive emails through Modzilla , but can`t send through Modzilla. what comes up on the screen is, login to account, Verizon on line has failed. then it says to login to server SMTP with username enyab has failed. then below that it says retry, enter new password, cancel. When I put my password in, it reverts back to this screen and repeats login failed. What has happened . Contacted Verizon and they said they no longer acknowledge Verizon emails, even though you still use enyab@verizon.net . it is now supported by AOL and when I called them , they want to charge me for even looking into what the problem is. Plus, the person from AOL spoke very poor English. So , now what. Thanks and appreciated, Ron Bayne
