Gene & I go way back, I first meet him around 1985 when he became the Poker Room Manager at the Four Queens. He hoisted those greet low limil poker tournaments 7 card stud every February & Hold Em every August till the closed the poker room. Us regular attendees got together & gave him special send off at the Rio where his wife worked as the poker room manager. The only time I say him ever laugh was on one of his poker cruises when my wife told him some joke, I think out of courtesy. The last time we got together was at South Point during a convention a few years back for lunch & reminisced about those long gone days at the Queens. RIP my friend.
