I had a similar problem, but the items were payed by PayPal as a business transaction.
I recovered my money thru PayPal after a couple of months.
The postal office in Belgium is quite reliable but I have sent packages to countries that never “arrived”.
Had some problems with Post.NL in the past.
NO SERVICE at all, they even insulted me and called me an annoying person. Which is true sometimes.
FYI: If possible, I prefer sending chips as a regular letter instead of a padded envelope.
Less change they will think there is something of value in the letter.
