SAD STORY - Atty Son died, mom not allowed to see?

Mother who lives in Las Vegas, got a call that her Atty eldest son got into car accident in CA, flew over to visit in the hospital, but CA had already imposed travel restrictions and the hospital could not help
the 'grieving mother', but the younger brother who got married last Feb in Oakland, CA was allowed into the hospital bed. The couple came back to Las Vegas after the wedding ceremonies, it was the Atty brother who "tendered" during the wedding.

We were awakened with a call from the Atty son mother crying over the phone. Very sad indeed - we cried with her over the cell phone. She told us that her son was in coma, 3 days has not regain consciousness, 2 days later we got a call from her - again telling us that she is not allowed to go visit the hospital.

Very sad indeed. The other son called her mother that the attending doctors were unanimously concur that there is no hope he will gain consciousness, the younger brother told her mom and ask permission to sign the papers to donate the body for "parts", she consisted.

Very, very sad. I knew her father - Major General in the PC in the Philippines, was formerly the Provincial Commander of Cebu City, Philippines and Region Vii Commander. I cannot imagine how he took the sad news.

The mother told me that her Atty son is "happily" tell her that he is in "heaven" - in her mind - very devout Catholic and to "console" her I said "YES".

Hard to think and imagine - what she went through.
