...but nowhere in the article are the words you stated in your original post. They seem to be an over exaggeration. I agree that things are not going as quickly and smoothly as we would all like. Many want to blame the current administration for not acting quickly enough at the beginning of the outbreak but these same critics were calling the president a racist when he banned incoming flights from China. You can't have it both ways. Imagine how much worse off we would be if those flights were not cancelled. After the fact it's easy to say we should have done this or that but where were these suggestions in January? No one expected this outbreak to become the very serious issue that it is now.
