When I first read the title of your post, I inferred that the money was being handed out (in cash?) TO the homeless.

After taking time to open and read the article (not everyone would) it was obvious that money was being spent FOR protecting them, and all CA residents, from the spread of the virus.

Maybe I was the only one confused by the headline of the original post. Thanks for your original post.
