To our fellow CCA Club members and Friends.

In this time of rapidly unfolding events across our nation and around our world, the Board wishes to inform you,our Club members,the latest news concerning our Convention in June at South Point Hotel and Casino, in Las Vegas.

Presently all casinos in Nevada have been closed effective at midnight on March 17, and associated hotels on March 18 for 30-days.

The CCA Board is and has been, in contact with the management of the South Point and is closely monitoring their decisions on all conventions and especially ours. As of today, our Convention has NOT been canceled or rescheduled.

However, all April and May conventions contracted at the South Point have been moved into June, July, and August.We are still in our time slot of June 18th to the 20th. The South Point has indicated to us that at this time they are not making any decisions past May 1st in hopes of things, getting better.

The CCA"s top priority, in the midst of the corona virus pandemic remains the health, safety and well-being of our Club members. We are committed to doing the right thing,which may require pivoting quickly,when circumstances warrant.

We will provide regular updates on all that is happening, as decisions are made,and implemented. All of our correspondence will be on the CCA website, and CCA Message Board, the CCA Newsletter and EXTRA EXTRA notices(like this), the CCA's Facebook page, TheChipBoard, TheStrikePoint and the SlotCardBBS message boards, as well as any and all other forms of communication to keep everyone informed.

At this point in time news and decisions are very fluid and may change as circumstances permit.

Please be vigilant and don't panic. As a Club, a community and a Nation, we will all get through this in time
