The chip I "discovered" at Kobey's Flea Market in San Diego, CG 231920 pertained to an Orange County military base (El Toro?) but with the squadron then on Camp Pendleton, San Diego Co. Not certain what the "donation receipt" chip would have been used for - maybe a free celebratory lunch, cooked up by General Threestars himself in chef's garb?
