I have a green 25, from David Spragg's Honesty Basket at the Convention a few years back. At first I hoped it was a roulette or NCV comp from the genuine Lucky Dragon but this was not supported by any facts. Came to the conclusion that they are merely pretty-play chips. Unless anyone can provide further substantiation?
