"It is with a very heavy heart to inform all of you that our dear friend Dean Porter passed away last night. Hospice came & took him to their facility a couple days ago as he fell a couple times & his wife wasn’t able to pick him up. He has been failing for some time so guess it was time to go home, but he will certainly be missed as he was a very special person. Dean was a friend of mine and friend to so many other longtime CCA members. A true gentle giant in the hobby!! RIP my friend!!
