best of what you have even if it is limited or inadequate. Another words play the cards you are dealt even if they suck you can still win. I believe in the people and believe in you. Do the best you can as all of will and most all will get through it. The Government has problems rolling out a website right don’t expect miracles and the truth all the time. It should but it doesn’t work that way most of the time.
