Totally expected as facts, figures and being prepared aren't exactly his strong points.
Being in denial and trying to manipulate figures to suit his own agenda are much more his go to mentality so..............
Can't think on his feet (or much at all really if it doesn't help him) and as usual just digresses and blabbers on about irrelevant stuff.
I'm amazed you are surprised as it's common knowledge already hence the world's lack of trust in anything he says.
Oh well, as long as he's happy in his own little world (yes, the one inside his tiny mind).
