Hi Steve,
Yes they are, but they feel different from sheets
of paper I have (semi slippery). They do measure
3" x 1". They came with some Harold's Club chips
and Harold's Club silver strikes I bought about a
year ago. Harold's Club only did 2 strikes in 1994,
a year before they closed the doors in 1995 ....
