He met with various tribal leaders, but the Indians "have their own special rules" and the State apparently cannot mandate closure of the casinos of "sovereign nations." Each tribe (presumably) will meet to decide such things. There's millions of dollars at stake for each casino so . . . I for one do not believe the casinos will close. You, members of the public, will be free to risk it or not.
It might (or might not) be possible for the Federal government (owners in trust of the reservations) to take some action.
