Gosh, a dime a chip! We need to grease up the DeLorean and take a spin back to the Rice offices to stock up on those!
My understanding is that chips now cost $1.10 apiece for custom inlays - at least that's what the owner of the 19th Hole in Antioch told me. He may have just ordered a "small" quantity. I suspect the big Lsa Vegas buyers can get a somewhat better deal for 10,000 or more.
I checked on whether Mr. Williams was an attorney - maybe representing card rooms all around the state. But no such listing was apparent. Sacramento Street was one of the main streets of Berkeley, maybe Route 123, so Mr. Williams' address could have been a commercial establishment of some sort. Or an apartment over a store.
