Once again...I'm not claiming any knowledge of these chips.
It is curious that the auction chip is a black horseshoe mold $1 with gold flakes. Dick Bartley has a black $1 horseshoe mold and a $1 green H&C mold both apparently without flakes. Trey Warren has a black horseshoe mold $5 chip with flakes. Not to mention my black $100 chip. All these chips apparently were painted. Not sure how to add the gold flakes.
