as it's a California card room. I've done that before, asking for some of the old Maisson Jaussauds low-denom chips as well as the newer Golden West ones, and had no problem getting what I wanted. Oh, it helps to get to the window during a lull in activity so as not to inconvenience the "serious" players and chip-runners. Having gotten a variety of chips over the years, and finding them rather difficult to sell to other collectors, I haven't been in there for some time. I'd offer one for sale here on the ChipBoard . . . but that might raise the ire of those who say they don't like seeing sale offers here.
