When Cindy needed a new laptop it came as a Win 8 Machine and I could not even find the control panel anywhere when we had a problem. Really a pain for many weeks until I heard about a program called Start 8. It took the win 8 shell and converted it back to win 7 in appearance. I don't know if they have the same thing for Win 10 or not but it sure would make it easier. It cost a whole $4.99.
