an acre. One of my attorney-employers told me that he once went to Las Vegas with a friend - this may have been around 1953, and the guy pointed out a For Sale sign on Paradise Road for multiple acreage and suggested they go in on the deal. "Can't lose," puffed the friend. "Are you crazy?" replied my employer. "No way! Developers will never get out this far!" And that's why Mr. Jacobson still toils as an attorney, occasionally falling on his face on the way to the L.A. Courthouse. (Do NOT laugh. It just happened. His hip hurts, bad. He's out of the office today.)

Don't know what happened to his friend "Moneybags."
