Question for tax experts or large EBay Sellers ???

So, this year for the first time I received a 1099k from PayPal aparently because I received over $20,000 in gross payments for items I sold thru eBay.

My understanding is that this was reported to the IRS as income and I need to report as such on my 2019 taxes.

My question is how do I write off expenses and the actual costs of those items as my profit was very little if any and nowhere near the income they show.

eBay fees
PayPal fees
Postage and supply fees
And other costs as well.

Not to mention that a large number of the items I sold, went for less than I paid for them.

I would be lucky to even break even from last years sales, yet the IRS believes I have made a fortune.

Where do I write off my cost of goods and expenses or even can I?

Not a tax problem I was expecting.

Any help is appreciated.
