Have been flat in bed for the past three days with abdominal spasms and diahrrea which forces me to get out of bed and make it to the toilet in time (sometimes). Unable to eat anything until some mashed potatoes last night. If potatoes are considered a square meal. Feeling somewhat better this morning, I hope the bacteria or whatever they were, are now out of me.
