Offer some answers based on previous conventions and decisions.
Some things may have changed a bit as they do every year based on discussions to make the experience better but this is what usually happens.
The official convention program usually comes out about a month before the convention and they wait to finalize all events before it is offered.
The fun starts the Tuesday night before the convention with the chipboard get together.
Wednesday morning is the first trade session and you have to be preregistered to attend.
There are also trade sessions pretty much every day with the last one being till the last person leaves Saturday night.
The banquet is usually Wednesday night and you have to be preregistered to attend but you don't have to be a member as long as you are accompanied by a current member.
Show is Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Seminars are usually on Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning and afternoon.
Auction is Thursday night
Splashy awards are Friday night
Poker tourney is Friday night
Volunteer reception is Saturday night
Lots of other events I haven't listed.
Usually preregistration closes about people days before the convention.
I would highly recommend staying at the South Point as everything takes place there.
Looking forward to seeing you again as I don't believe I have seen you at a convention in over 10 years.
Hope that helps.
