While doing a little research for my "Chips of the Day" project I came across something I can't quite resolve...

Namely, when these two casinos, the "Tahoe Palace" & the "Tahoe Plaza" were actually in operation.

From the photos below it seems they both occupied the same building and location:

When checking the "ChipRack" and "Gaming Table" they both have the "Plaza" in operation from 1954 to '61
and the "Palace" from 1956 to '59. That would make it impossible for them to have shared the same location.

But looking at the two photos, even though one is just a napkin, it appears they are both in the same building.

Any idea if they both shared the same location, and if so, when?
