If you buy in for $500 or more (I've seen players buyin 10's of thousands dollars), you receive in return an equivalent in dollars of Lucky Chips and 10% equivalent in Free Play Chips.

The Lucky and Free Play chips come in 5, 25, and 100 denominations.

If you are familar with similar promotions in Macau, this works the same way.

The Lucky chips are treated as real chips, except that they cannot be cashed out. They may be replayed when you win, and are lost with losing hands, and winning hand are paid in chips that can be cashed out. So you are forced to play the total amount of your buy-in until all are lost (unless you trade/sell them to collectors). If you are lucky enough, you will will at least the amount of your buy in in cashable chips.

The Free Play chips are bonus chips given for buying these Lucky chips. The Free Play chips, however, are one decision chips. If you win, you are paid in cashable chips, and the Free Play chips are surrendered.

These chips are playable on baccarat tables only, and not on the other table games at Parkwest Bicycle.
