~~~ past 30-years, anyway, that were reported to be in Cuba has been accurate along with another issue from Eden in Trouville most recently including the Bone... along with a few more of the previously known bicolor Blue/Natural 2O's and 100's of which most came out of Chicago.
History shows us that those common combinations probably were shipped between just after the casino building was being demolished in 1911 and probably up to 1914, since there probably wasn't going to be any use for them (WWI).
Though no idea why the Blue/Natural, red pigmented mono and the Blue/Yellow have never been reported from Cuba and doubtful relocated to somewhere else in Europe before the war... and I doubt other than a few pieces remained with Caro, as one being seen in the book CASINOS.
None of the inventory is all that rare, unless there are other unfound plaques of higher denominations... but still interesting to see how some of the MOP traveled and, in some cases; revalued and then returned to France for whatever reason with an additional "0" being added. Too much for my brain to figure out.
Would be interesting to know exactly where the EC inventory was used in Cuba.
