The earliest listing I found in our phone books was 1948, there was no listing in 1946.

By 1955 it was Tilly’s Zanzibar, which lasted until the 1968-69 phone book. By then it was listed under “clubs” as well as cocktail lounges.

Most yellow page listings were under “cocktail lounges” (they didn’t have casino as a heading, most casinos were listed under “clubs”)

In the 1971-72 phone book it was listed as Zanzibar Lounge, in the cocktail lounge listings. Not listed under clubs.
