I would presume part of a series/set since it's uncommon for a generic '20' to be this large (40 mm) and witn a narrow rim where the ring is close to the edge and maybe even discounting France (blue and not red/pink; period?) -- where only most of the larger (plaques) denoms carry a monogram/name. I don't see any MOP 20's in UFC #'s index.
