Someone made a post last month wanting this chip very badly.
While visiting family during the Holidays in a nearby state we went to The Mountaineer to play a little.
I asked the Poker Room and Cashier Manager about the chip.
It was used as a drop chip and a $9/$18 game for a while.
Dealers didn't like it.
They have been removed from circulation and are in an off-site vault.
