I've always had questions about this guy... grin

... Paul Cummins ran a restaurant/night club in Beverly Hills called "The Roaring 20's"...
the place apparently had a "flappers, hot jazz, speakeasy" kind of vibe... Cummins then
operated a restaurant of some sort during the 1962 Seattle Worlds Fair.

Wikipedia doesn't have an article on the guy and other internet hits are few and far between
- a matchbook, an ashtray, a couple photos of the club's interior, etc. Any of our readers here
have the definitive lowdown on Paul Cummins and how these chips may have been used?
