EPC Club chips

I have always wondered about these chips. I do believe they are associated with Ernie Primm as I found this box with a group of other Primadonna chips.
I just don’t feel like the they say Ernie Primm Club...Ernie Primm Card Club. It just doesn’t sound right.
Primm was in with a couple of other guys during the Embassy Palace early days. I don’t feel as if they would let him alone put his name on the chips? Maybe the chips letters stand for .....l
Embassy Palace Card Club? Just a thought. I’m not saying change an ID...just some things to think about.
Opinions wanted 😀

***the front of the building resembles the building on the chip. I’m looking at the triangle roof(overhang) over the door.
Does anyone have an image of the entire building?? Please share
