Mr. Roulette, the Table D is new out of the box. The reason there are no Table C chips is because the casino used a generic roulette, then eliminated the table since there was no need for four tables. (See scan below) of two table C chips I have only one of each (Pink and Green extra), and other scan shows older generic chips used before Flamingo Logo chips arrived. Guess, you are wondering how I know so much about these roulette chips. The Flamingo riverboat was located on the Mississippi River waterfront adjacent to the historic French Quarter in New Orleans. When in the Crescent City always check the within walking distance of land-based Harrah's Casino as coin shops usually have chips for sale. I stumbled into that shop and got all I could carry since the owner said "he only kept the chips with values on them, and didn't think people would collect these items.
